All vegetables

Which vegetable has the fewest carbs?
watercress (1.3 g), then alfalfa sprouts (2.1 g) and bok choy (2.2 g), all per 100 g. The table above lists the full ranking.
How is this list ranked?
Every food is compared per 100 g, so foods with different serving sizes compare at equal weight. Values are USDA FoodData Central (SR Legacy) figures. Powders and dried or concentrated forms are left out of the protein and fiber lists, and drinks, spices, sauces and sweeteners are left out of the whole-diet lists.

From a food to a label for your product

Every food page has a "Use in a recipe" button. It opens the label generator with that food already in your recipe. Add the other ingredients and amounts and the generator calculates the Nutrition Facts label, the %DV and the serving from the same USDA data.
