Refund policy
The rules for refunds on paid plans. Last updated August 18, 2026.
The window
Every paid purchase carries a 7-day money-back guarantee, counted from the moment of payment. This applies to monthly plans, annual plans and one-time lifetime licences alike.
Monthly plans
Refundable in full within 7 days of payment. After that, cancel any time from your dashboard: you keep access to the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and no pro-rata refund is issued for the remainder.
Annual plans
Refundable in full within 7 days of payment. After that the term runs to its end. Cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current year.
Lifetime licences
Refundable in full within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days a lifetime licence is final, because there is no future billing to cancel.
Renewals
A renewal charge is refundable within 7 days of that charge, on the same terms. We email before every annual renewal so it is never a surprise.
Free plan
The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We can usually resolve the problem within 24 hours, and a refund inside the window is faster than your bank. Filing a chargeback after a refund has been declined may result in account termination.
How to request
Email billing@nutritionfactlabel.com or use the contact form, and include the email address you paid with. Approved refunds are issued by Freemius and reach your card in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
