Printable Label Sheet Maker

Put your nutrition label, ingredient label or any label image onto a full sheet of stickers. Pick the paper and label size, check the alignment page against your sheet, then download a print-ready PDF.

Export your label as PNG or SVG first, for example from our label generator. The file stays in your browser.

Measure your sticker sheet with a ruler: the top margin, the side margin and the gaps between labels. Leave "Labels to print" at 0 for one full sheet.

3 across × 3 down = 9 labels per sheet.

Print at 100% / Actual size, never "Fit to page", or every label will be slightly off.

Printing labels on sticker sheets

Measure the sheet, not the box

Sticker sheets with the same label size can differ in their margins and the gaps between labels. Measure the top margin, side margin and gaps of your own sheet with a ruler, enter them here, and print the alignment test page on plain paper first. Hold it over a sticker sheet against a window to check every box lines up.

Always print at actual size

Printers often shrink a page to "fit". Choose 100% or "Actual size" in the print dialog, or every label will drift a little further off as it goes down the sheet.

Start from a sharp image

Export your label at high resolution (PNG at 300 DPI or SVG) so small type stays readable. A nutrition panel whose type is too small or blurred can fail the minimum type size rules even if the numbers are right.
