Terms of Service

The short version

• Use the service in good faith, don't break laws, don't abuse our infrastructure.
• Your recipes and labels belong to you. We don't sell, share, or train models on your data.
• The service is provided "as is"; we can't guarantee a label we generate will pass any specific regulatory review. That's the manufacturer's responsibility.
• We can change these terms; we'll email registered users when we do.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secret. If someone accesses your account without permission, tell us immediately at hello@nutritionfactlabel.com.

Your content

Recipes, labels, ingredient lists, product photos: anything you create or upload is yours. By using the service you grant us a narrow license to store and display that content back to you (and anyone your account shares it with). We do not use your content to train machine-learning models. We don't sell it to third parties.

Payment and subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in account settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case-by-case; email us.

Regulatory disclaimer

NFL generates labels according to the FDA 21 CFR 101.9 format and rounding rules. Nothing on the service should be taken as regulatory advice, and passing our generator's output does not guarantee any specific agency will accept the label. For products entering commerce we strongly recommend review by a qualified regulatory professional.

Liability

We work hard to keep the service running and accurate. If we fail (outage, data loss, incorrect output), our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. This is standard SaaS language; consult your lawyer if it matters to your business.

Termination

You can delete your account any time. We can terminate an account for abuse, fraud, or sustained non-payment.
