Nutrition labelling requirements in Uzbekistan

Packaged food sold in Uzbekistan must carry a nutrition declaration under O'zDSt 3009:2015 + CoM Decree No. 490 (07.07.2017). This page covers the Uzbekistan - O'zDSt 3009:2015 format: Uzbek (Latin/Cyrillic) per O'ZTTSA + CoM Decree 490. A compliant Uzbek nutrition label declares 4 mandatory nutrients: energetik qiymat (energy), oqsillar (protein), yog'lar (fat) and uglevodlar (carbohydrate). Values are declared per 100 g or 100 ml, with energy in both kcal and kJ, and sodium rather than salt. The panel is headed "Oziq-ovqat qiymati (Nutritional Value)". UZ-LATN and UZ-CYRL must both appear on pack. There is no mandatory front-of-pack warning scheme. NFL builds a print-ready Uzbek nutrition label from your recipe, applying the rounding rules and reference intakes for Uzbekistan automatically, and exports it as PDF, PNG, SVG, JPG or EPS.
