Ordre pondéral selon le § 101.4
L'onglet Ingrédients trie par poids en grammes décroissant (y compris les grammes ajustés des pertes). Faites glisser la poignée d'une ligne pour réordonner ; la mention affichée se met à jour au fur et à mesure.
Aperçu de la mention en direct
Sous les lignes, la mention imprimée exacte s'affiche en Helvetica - la typographie du spécimen de la FDA. Un bouton Copier en un clic place la chaîne dans le presse-papiers pour la coller dans des outils de design externes.
Substitution manuelle quand les règles doivent plier
Mélanges transformés, regroupement de sous-ingrédients, formulation « Contains 2% or less of… » - toutes les étiquettes ne suivent pas un ordre pondéral pur. Activez la substitution, modifiez le texte, et l'étiquette imprime votre version telle quelle au lieu de celle construite automatiquement. La désactivation restaure la mention automatique.
Alimente l'étiquette automatiquement
Les modifications faites ici se propagent à l'étiquette imprimée. Pas de copier-coller, pas de champ de mention séparé sur l'onglet étiquette - la recette est la source unique de vérité.
Allergens declared alongside, not separately
The ingredient statement and the allergen declaration are two halves of one compliance story. NFL tracks each ingredient's allergen profile (down to the named species required for tree nuts and fish) and generates the "Contains:" line that prints immediately after the statement, exactly where FDA expects it.
Because detection runs off the same ingredient rows, adding "soy lecithin" to the recipe updates both the statement and the allergen declaration in one motion; nothing depends on you remembering to edit two places. One source of truth, through to print
Edits in the Ingredients tab flow straight through to the printed label; there is no separate statement field to keep synchronized, and no copy-paste step where an old version can sneak onto new packaging. The recipe is the single source of truth for the nutrition panel, the ingredient statement, and the allergen declaration alike.
Everything is versioned to your account by cloud autosave, so the statement you approved is the statement that exports, as part of the label PDF, PNG, SVG, or vector file.
